Product performance: Fe is the forming element of many enzymes and hormone, and participates in metabolism of protein, carbohydrate as well as lipid. When lack of Fe, animals exhibit inappetence, slow growth, thick and disorderly clothing hair, depiation, dry and chappy skin and unease-cure wound. Adding high dosage Fe in initial feed for sucking can reduce diarrhea and increase weight.
Description: It is mainy used as nutritional additives in animal feed and fertilizer in agriculture. It is also used in synthetic fiber industry, preservative, material of printing and dyeing and be used in medical for fungicide and emetic, and in electroplate, water purifiction etc.

1) Ferrous sulfate is used in Colorant Ferrous. sulfate can also be used to stain concete and some limetones and sandstones a yellowish rust color. 2) Ferrous sulfate is used in Water Treatment. Ferrous sulfate has been applied for the purification of water by flocculation and for phosphate removal in municipal and industrial sewage treatment plants to prevent eutrophication of surface water bodies.
Industrially,ferrous sulphate is mainly used as a precursor to other iron compounds.It is a reducing agent,for the reduction of chromate in cement.
Nutritional Supplement
Together with other iron compounds,ferrous sulphate is used to fortify foods and treat iron-deficiency anemia.Constipation is a frequent and uncomfortable side effect associatedwith the administration of oral supplements.Stool softeners often are bprescribed to prevent constipation.
Colorant
Ferrous sulphate can also be used to stain concete and some limetones and sandstones a yellowish rust color.
